Refund/Cancellation Policy


With the pandemic situation that continues to evolve, it is difficult to make a decision on whether or not, or how, to plan that wedding that you have been wanting for a while. We would like you to know that the team here at Fatima Nasir Hair & Makeup Studio will work with you alongside this planning journey.

Certainty is important at this uncertain time. This is why we have updated our refund and rescheduling policy that will specifically apply to bookings affected by the COVID-19 health crisis.

If your wedding cannot proceed due to government health orders (including gathering restrictions), we will reschedule your booking to a date that the wedding can finally be held – with no limit on time period.

All rescheduling will be subject to our team’s availability. Any rescheduling for a second time will be subject to our discretion.

Your booking is a reserved spot. A Cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply if you cancel your appointment or fail to cancel at all i.e. “No Show”. In case of unfortunate events, the bookings can be rescheduled but package you initially booked for cannot be changed.
