Studio Policy


Please arrive at the studio with a bare face and clean hair as we don’t have hair washing facilities at our studio. Bringing along your complete outfit or wedding dress to your appointment is very important. If you plan to wear jewelry/ a hair piece, (hair extensions or fresh flowers) please bring them with you.

Family and friends are not allowed during hair & makeup session unless they have a booking for Party Hair & Makeup.

Please arrive at the studio 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

All remaining dues must be paid before the appointment or on arrival – no exceptions. Payment of services is to be made via bank transfer a minimum of 5 business days prior to the service or in cash in full on the day of service and prior to service commencement.

Please note: Children are not permitted in the studio. We don’t have the studio baby proofed and there are equipment and products that may harm them if left unsupervised.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If your wedding cannot proceed due to government health orders (including gathering restrictions), we will reschedule your booking to a date that the wedding can finally be held – with no limit on time period.

All rescheduling will be subject to our team’s availability. Any rescheduling for a second time will be subject to our discretion.

Your booking is a reserved spot. A Cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply if you cancel your appointment or fail to cancel at all i.e. “No Show”. In case of unfortunate events, the bookings can be rescheduled but package you initially booked for cannot be changed.
